Payment

The sales tax quoted at time of checkout is only an estimate due to and depending on selected items. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice, your final sale will include state and local taxes, where applicable. CrushCrush Couture is obligated to collect sales tax for items shipped to California.

Your purchase is subject to California sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. The State of California requires that the taxpayer file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the purchases that were not taxed and pay taxes on purchases.

We accept Master Card, Visa & Discover. All payments will be captured by Chase Bank, which includes protection by Chase’s high-end security. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.  

CrushCrush Couture accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.

RETURNS
All orders are non-refundable due to the fact that 25% of your purchase automatically goes to the charity of your choice. Returning a damaged order for exchange is quick, easy, and free.

All damages need to be reviewed and approved. Please contact the CrushCrush Couture customer service team at 310 -798-6344 or toll free at 888-99C-RUSH (888-992-7874) in order to determine if an item is eligible for return. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

SHIPPING
Orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive via UPS ground freight. CruchCrush Couture uses earth safe biodegradable shipping materials for packaging in order to preserve the environment. UPS ground estimates approximately 4 to 5 days in transit depending on where you’re located. You select your ship method. If you select Next-Day Air shipping on a Friday your package will not be delivered until Monday due to UPS shipping times. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. CrushCrushCouture insures against theft and accidental damage at no cost to you.

If you have just made a purchase and need to modify your order, you have a three-minute window to modify the shipping information on your order or to cancel the order. After three minutes, you can no longer change or cancel your order.

CCC only ships to the United States, including U.S. post office boxes.

You will receive an email confirmation with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped. For your security reasons, only a sales record of your transaction is stored on the CrushCrush Couture website your credit card details are not held on the site.

CrushCrush Couture offers free shipping on all damaged exchanges. Orders are non-refundable due to the fact that 25% of your purchase goes to the charity of your choice.
